DBG Arkansas, LLC is Hiring a Brake Press Setup Operator (FT) Near Conway, AR

We are growing and looking for Brake Press & Stamping Press Operators to join our team on 2nd shift. Regular schedule is a 4 day work week, 10 hours per day, Monday-Thursday, 4:30pm-3:00am

Our operations in Conway, Arkansas include metal stamping, forming, painting, and assembly. The facility utilizes stamping presses, brake presses, roll forms, lasers, shears, and a multi-stage paint process. A concept to finished products company providing parts and sub-assemblies to our customers. Approximately 100,000 square feet of floor space and 50 acres are utilized for fabrication operations. An additional 350,000 square feet is available for future business growth.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in sheet metal fabrication environment using machinery such as form presses, sheet liners, brake presses, or punch presses.
Or previous experience with CNC computer-operated presses or lasers.
Ability to use and understand various measuring tools to verify conformance to specifications, such as tape measure, calipers, micrometers protractors, templates, etc.
Ability to stand a minimum of 10 hours per day on the concrete surface.

Responsibilities:

Receives engineering print or blueprint, interprets, sets dies and settings to specifications to ensure quality output.
Inspects metal fabrication machinery, installs, aligns, and locks specified punches, dies cutting blades, or other fixtures in rams or beds of machines, using gauges, templates, feelers, shims, and hand tools.
