- Maximize parts room inventory for efficiency and cost effectiveness.
- Provide exceptional customer service to team members to maximize tech and equipment uptime.
- Process work orders accurately and promptly.
- Process invoices accurately and promptly.
- Minimize obsolete parts by monitoring inventory usage.
- Manage warranty parts, credits, and equipment RMAs for maximum cost effectiveness.
- Ability to deliver exceptional service through positive engagement and patience.
- Ability to work in a team environment to continuously improve results.
- Able to promote a culture of trust and safety.
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Experience with computer based maintenance systems.
- Minimum 3 years of experience working in a parts supplier or warehouse environment.
