As a Cell Phone Enrollment Agent, your job will be to:

• Qualify individuals for free phones and ACP benefits.

• Assist individuals with enrolling in the Lifeline Program and ACP

• Provide customer service and support to individuals receiving free phones and ACP benefits

This is a full-time position with a competitive pay. We offer a flexible work schedule and the opportunity to work in the community.

To be eligible for this position, you must have:

• A high school diploma or equivalent

• Excellent customer service skills

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Previous lifeline experience

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
