We are seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented Golf Shop Assistant to join our team. As a Shop Assistant, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our shop. - Assist customers in finding products, and making tee times

- Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions and addressing concerns

- Process sales transactions using the cash register or point-of-sale (POS) system

- Maintain a clean and organized shop environment

- Stock shelves and ensure products are properly displayed

- Assist with inventory management, including receiving and restocking merchandise

- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets

- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge to effectively assist customers

```Requirements:```

- Previous experience in customer service or retail sales is preferred

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to speak multiple languages is a plus

- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail

- Basic knowledge of technology sales is desirable

- Familiarity with cash registers or POS systems is an advantage
