Job Title: Building Attendant
Department: Facilities
Reports To: Facilities Director
FLSA Status: Hourly, Non-exempt – $14
Summary: Seeking full-time or part-time building attendant to perform custodial work in building interior, including building offices, lounges, office areas, classrooms, restrooms, corridors, elevators, food court and stairways.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Qualifications: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to complete each essential duty satisfactorily and must be able to work independently and as part of a team. Candidates must possess a strong work ethic and a positive attitude. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
Education and/or Experience: High school diploma or GED (high school equivalency certificate), three to six months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

While performing the duties of this position, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 40 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this position include close vision, distance vision, and the ability to adjust focus. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
