Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Hotel Manager to join our team. As an Assistant Hotel Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our hotel and providing exceptional guest experiences. Responsibilities:

- Assist the Hotel Manager in overseeing all aspects of hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, maintenance, and food and beverage services

- Ensure that all guest requests and concerns are addressed promptly and efficiently

- Supervise and train staff members to deliver exceptional customer service

- Collaborate with the revenue management team to maximize hotel occupancy and revenue

- Assist in budgeting and financial planning activities

- Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and facilities to ensure cleanliness and maintenance standards are met

- Handle guest complaints or issues in a professional and timely manner

- Assist with night audit duties as needed

Experience:

- Previous experience in a supervisory role within the hotel industry is required

- Strong knowledge of front desk operations, phone systems, and hotel management software

- Familiarity with revenue management principles and strategies

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

- Strong problem-solving abilities

- Proficiency in budgeting and financial analysis

- Experience in guest services or hospitality is preferred

- Fluency in multiple languages is a plus
