YOUR LIFE AS A CONSTRUCTION SCHEDULER

This full-time administrative position works a 4-day work week! The typical schedule is Monday through Thursday from 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM.

As a Construction Scheduler, you are the bridge between our contractors and our customers. In this administrative role, you work in our office, scheduling appointments for inspections and subcontractor work on new and ongoing construction projects. An excellent communicator, you keep customers up to date on upcoming appointments, ensuring they are always informed when subcontractors will be arriving on the job site. You also follow up with subcontractors to confirm appointments.

Your excellent organizational skills keep our business running smoothly. You plan and coordinate monthly schedules for small- and large-scale projects, ensuring that appointments are coordinated for maximum efficiency. Your satisfaction comes from working with a great team and helping our customers build their dream homes!

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU

• 4 years of scheduling experience
• Experience working with Co-Construct or Buildertrend
• Basic knowledge of construction projects and timelines related to building and remodeling
