Pay Scale: $18-$21 Hr.
Summary: Implementation Specialist is an individual contributor responsible for ensuring the deployment of systems and interfaces to Daymark Recovery’s teams/staff. They will conduct meetings/workshops with members of the management as well as end-users in order to analyze the business and functional requirements. Conduct independent testing and support end users during client-led testing of new workflows. Disseminate information to team, provide cross team training on new groups. Help teams with workflow efficiencies and challenges to find out of the box solutions. Help identify gaps in workflows/ procedures and assist the information systems team in finding solutions for the gaps.
The Implementation Specialist will be responsible for initial onboarding and training users for existing systems and/or newly developed solutions. They will also provide additional post go-live and ongoing refresher trainings. Development of end-users with a knowledgebase to provide users with self-service assistance. The Implementation Specialist will work to provide end-to-end project ownership, central point of contact and liaison for projects, and provide direct end-user training.

Education and/or Experience: BA/BS Degree (Business Administration, Computer Science) preferred or equivalent working experience. 3-5 years’ experience in a client-facing role that involves requirements gathering, training and/or change management. Experience supporting the NextGen Enterprise application suite preferred. Prefer experience working with implementation projects prior to go-live in health care environment. Will consider applicable job experience in lieu of educational requirements.
Licensure/Certifications: Prefer Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
