Comprehensive Benefits Package:
Pay Scale: Pay is based off education, experience, and certification level. Levels are; Peer Support/Para Professional: $15-$17/hr.AP:$17-$20/hr.QP:$21.63-$23.07/hr.
Available Shifts:8am-8pm and 8pm-8am.
Summary: Responsible for providing support and care to meet the physical and psychological needs of consumers through providing direct and indirect care. BHUC is a 24-hour behavioral health urgent care service.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Special Attributes: Strong interpersonal skills and belief in consumer’s ability to recover. Minimal supervision regarding use of time, able to prioritize work assignments. Ability to communicate effectively with professionals and clients/families. Ability to make sound decisions in emergency situations. A desire to work with individuals with severe mental illness and substance abuse issues.
