POSITION SUMMARY The Resident Life Coach is responsible for assisting in the development and oversight of resident services, including planning and coordinating opportunities for residents that promote a level of health, well-being, engagement and growth.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES The following duties are normal for this position. This list is not to be construed as exclusive or all inclusive. Other duties may be required and assigned. Assists in planning, scheduling and conducting activities and classes that provide physical, intellectual, social, vocational, emotional and spiritual opportunities for the residents. Supports residents in cottage environment in areas such as activities of daily living and roommate etiquette. Communicates effective with residents, managers and other co-workers. Promotes resident independence while also providing appropriate levels of support. Completes notes in Lifeloop and Teams to document resident behavior and progress. Interacts with residents, guests and staff professionally with great customer service. Protects the privacy of the resident when communicating oral and written information. Is punctual for assigned work shift and follows all required attendance policies. Dresses and presents themselves professionally at all times. Other duties as assigned.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 32 – 40 per week
