Job Description:

As a Marketing Associate at Dayka & Hackett, LLC you will play a key role in supporting the development and execution of marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and industry engagement. Requirements

Job Duties:

• Assist in the coordination of trade shows and other marketing activities.
• Develop Sales and Marketing material for all commodities, such as sales sheets, artwork, and promotional materials.
• Maintain the company website by developing new ideas and designs.
• Assist in the planning, development, and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across various channels including digital, social media, email, and traditional marketing.
• Create compelling content for digital and print marketing materials such as blog posts, social media posts, and email newsletters.
• Manage social media accounts, including content creation, scheduling, monitoring, and engagement.
• Collaborate with sales to ensure marketing initiatives align with overall business objectives.
• Stay up to date with the latest marketing trends, tools, and technologies, and recommend innovative strategies to drive results.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in marketing, preferably in a similar role or industry.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas and solutions.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment and independently manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Solid computer/technical knowledge and able to effectively use MS Office suite products.
• Famous Software knowledge preferred.
