Qualifications and responsibilities for this Operations Manager opportunity include:

• 15 years of mechanical, HVAC, and boiler experience
• Must have strong daily operations and management experience
• Knowledge of ServiceTitan software is ideal
• Controls experience a plus
• Run crews (up to 19 direct reports), oversee parts department, and work with customers and technicians

Salary: $95,000 - $130,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
