Qualifications and responsibilities for this CAD/BIM Designer opportunity include:

• 3 years of experience in drafting with a concentration in commercial, industrial, and institutional plumbing, process piping, and HVAC or Mechanical Engineering Design firm
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and BIM software
• Utilize CAD and BIM software to create and modify plans for complex projects in plumbing, process piping, and HVAC sectors.
• Perform engineering duties including design and modification of plans for commercial, industrial, and institutional projects

Salary: $40,000 - $52,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
