DaVita is Hiring a Registered Nurse ( RN ) Near Burton, MI
COVID Vaccinated or Approved Exemption (religious or medical) will be required.
No previous dialysis experience required - Paid Training provided!
What does the RN role entail?
- Rotating Schedule of 3 to 4 day work weeks, including rotating Saturday’s with Sunday off
- Starting and ending times can range from 5:00 am to 7:00 pm
- Oversee a group of up to 12 dialysis patients with the partnership of up to 6 fully trained PCTs
- Paid Dialysis Training provided
What does a successful RN look like?
- At least 1 year of hands on nursing experience
- Experience within fast paced settings such as ER, CCU, ICU, MedSurg and Dialysis (Hemo, PD, HHD, CRRT) ideal
- ADN / BSN / Diploma in Nursing with an active current RN license in Michigan
- Confident in working independently as floor lead for patients and team of PCTs
- Flexibility and availability to work mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays as needed
- Someone who is eager to learn and expand their nursing experience
