The Analyst, Clinical Programs, will be a part of the Clinical Transformation Team. The Clinical Transformation team leads the Village in the transformation of kidney care by enabling care teams to engage patients in reaching their health goals and reduce overall cost to the healthcare system. In an integrated care environment, it is critical to provide the comprehensive and preventative care each patient needs to be healthier in the new value-based healthcare world.

The Clinical Transformation team sets the integrated care clinical strategy, develops and innovates on the integrated care delivery model, and partners closely with field operators to deliver high quality care to Chronic Kidney Disease (CKD) and End Stage Kidney Disease (ESKD) patients in our integrated kidney care programs. The Clinical Transformation team is led by the Chief Development Officer and is made up of highly motivated individuals with consulting, process engineering, change management, and clinical experience. This highly visible and cross-functional team works directly with Kidney Care and Integrated Kidney Care leadership.

As a part of the Clinical Transformation team, this Analyst will focus on initiatives and strategic projects to improve care for CKD patients, prior to their start on dialysis. Project examples include population health, optimal transitions to dialysis, CKD teammate efficiency, etc.

Responsibilities of this Analyst include, but are not limited to:

  • Strategy & operations: Develop field-facing tools, data reports and insights, project materials like training presentations and job aids, and management processes that help care teams better deliver patient-centered care, strengthen partnerships with physicians, and expand coordination with integrated care teams that can support patients beyond their kidney care needs.
    Business-driven presentations: Convey your hypothesis development, research, analysis and recommendations in a cohesive story to senior leaders in HQ and in the field to drive decision-making. Communicate clearly and effectively with a variety of clinical and business stakeholders through written and verbal communication.
  • Innovation & experimentation: Formulate and deploy innovative pilots and expand current initiatives that improve the quality and efficiency of care for CKD patients.
  • Analysis: Lead quantitative and qualitative research, analysis and reporting to support clinical and operations leaders across each of DaVita’s markets to continuously improve the quality of care and patient outcomes.
  • Teamwork: Work collaboratively with a broad set of cross-functional stakeholders and partners to drive the successful planning and implementation of your work – including with DaVita’s clinical, financial, IT, analytics, education and training, and legal teams.
  • Travel: Up to 25% as needed
  • Teammate must be Denver-based. In office presence required at the Denver headquarters location two days per week, with potential to increase based on broader team guidance

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 0-3 years of work experience in business, strategy, healthcare, analytics, or process engineering role preferred
  • Demonstrated interest in healthcare or patient experience preferred
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving and presentation skills
  • Strong project management skills, including comfort with ambiguity and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Ability to enhance relationships through strong and effective communication, problem solving, emotional intelligence, and thoughtful decision making
  • Proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

Salary/ Wage Range:

$51,400.00 to $75,500.00

Compensation for the role will depend on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience and may fall outside of the range shown.
