Davis Unlimited LLC is Hiring a Construction Project Manager Near Anniston, AL

Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Project Manager to join our team. As a Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing construction projects from start to finish. This is a key leadership role that requires strong organizational and communication skills, as well as a deep understanding of construction processes and project management principles.

Responsibilities:
- Plan, coordinate, and oversee all aspects of construction projects, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure project success
- Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring that deadlines are met
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure timely completion
- Conduct regular site visits to inspect work quality and adherence to safety standards
- Manage project budgets, tracking expenses and making cost-effective decisions
- Prepare and review project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and progress reports
- Communicate regularly with stakeholders to provide updates on project status
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during construction

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field (preferred)
- Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager or similar role
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and materials
- Proficiency in construction management software such as ProCore, Bluebeam, Primavera, or Prolog
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines

- Must have experience in Xactimate

- Company provided Phone , Laptop and Vehicle .
