Duties
- Provide administrative support to attorneys and legal staff
- Prepare and draft legal documents, such as contracts, and agreements
- Organize and maintain legal files and documents
- Assist with document review and management using Microsoft Word or similar software
- Proofread documents for accuracy and completeness
- Coordinate communication between attorneys, clients, and other parties involved
Requirements
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong attention to detail and proofreading abilities
- Proficient in using computer software for word processing
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
