Davis Estates is Hiring a Maintenance Technician Near Shelbyville, TN
Apartment community is seeking a fulltime maintenance supervisor to work Monday - Friday 8:00AM - 5:00PM.
Will also need to be on call after hours emergency work orders.
General responsibilities include: Painting units upon move out. Plumbing: bath and kitchen faucet repair and replacement, toilet and bath. Appliance repair: disposals, dishwashers, stove, and fridge. Gounds pickup. Diagnose problems and report to supervisor. HVAC experience preferred.
