Davis & Ceriani is seeking a litigator with at least seven years of experience to join its complex commercial litigation team.

Our ideal team member is a self-starter with significant complex commercial litigation experience, excellent written and oral advocacy skills, and strong attention to detail. Candidates should be capable of first-chairing litigation matters and working as part of a trial team on larger matters. Experience litigating employment claims and/or securities fraud claims (state or federal) is a plus. Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

· JD from an ABA accredited law school and admitted in good standing to the Colorado bar;

· Significant experience handling all aspects of complex commercial litigation matters;

· Disciplined self-starter with excellent work ethic;

· Exceptional written, verbal and interpersonal skills;

· Strong legal research and writing abilities.

Benefits:

· Salary is dependent upon experience, ranging from $160,000 to $200,000. Compensation package also includes bonuses based on collections and originations (which are on top of salary range above). Compensation structures are flexible and may be modified based on experience and any portable book of business. Partner-level attorneys will initially be non-equity, with opportunity for advancement based on performance, generation and fit. Compensation range is based on 1,600 minimum billable hours annually and total compensation is dependent upon billables and receipts.
