Job Overview
Davies US is looking for an Internal Communications Coordinator to support internal communications, campaigns, internal events, and other activities within the marketing team.
Reporting to the U.S. Internal Communications Manager, you will play a key part in supporting the U.S. and global internal communications team to continuously improve engagement, communication, develop and deliver high quality internal employee communications, and organize events.
To be successful in this role, you need to be proactive, independent, and takes initiative with consistent follow through, superior time management skills with capability of working with and meeting deadlines and exceptional capability to multi-task and prioritize with excellent organization and documentation skills in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
You must have previous experience working in an internal communications & / or external communications related to publications, newsletters, etc.
Additionally, you will need to be an excellent team player with interpersonal skills, high level attention to detail and problem-solving skills and capable of working collaboratively and independently with minimal supervision.
This role is a full-time, hybrid position in Nashville, TN and Willing to travel up to 15%, where needed for event support.

This role is a full-time, hybrid position in Nashville, TN. This position operates in a professional office setting during days in the office and a home office setting when remote.
