Overview

Are you passionate about driving revenue growth? As the Regional Director of Revenue Management, you'll play a pivotal role in elevating our company's financial success. You'll lead our Revenue Management teams, ensuring they're equipped with proactive strategies to boost revenue and seize market share. From mentoring team leaders to refining revenue strategies, you'll be at the forefront of driving results and fostering innovation.

Responsibilities

- Collaborate with property teams to craft and review individual budgets, ensuring alignment with revenue goals.- Monitor and optimize house revenues across properties to maximize profitability.- Cultivate strong vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and resolve any issues that arise.- Spearhead the development of national programs and serve as a liaison for company-wide initiatives.- Provide financial guidance to individual hotels, implementing SOPs and training programs for success.- Contribute to long-term strategic planning to enhance overall hotel revenue.- Oversee revenue department expenses, taking corrective action where necessary to ensure financial health.- Maximize revenue potential through effective forecasting and revenue enhancement strategies.- Analyze and provide feedback on weekly reports to hotels, driving continuous improvement in productivity and forecasting accuracy.- Collaborate with teams to set revenue strategies, ensuring alignment with company objectives.- Provide detailed trip reports to relevant stakeholders after property visits, offering insights and recommendations.

Qualifications

- 7 years of experience in full service revenue management.

- Multi- property revenue management experience, preferably across multiple brands ( Marriott, Hilton, Hyatt & Independent) - Exceptional communication skills across all levels of the organization.

- Ability to travel, at a minimum, 50% annually- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).- Strong multitasking abilities and problem-solving skills.
