Qualifications

• Will consider for employment any person who possesses at least six (6) months of culinary experience in a fine-dining or high-volume environment at a high-end restaurant,resort, or private club.
• Knowledge of various cooking techniques and cuisines
• Familiarity with kitchen equipment and utensils
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Food safety and sanitation certification is a plus
