Full Time QP:

Davidson Homes has a position open in Buncombe and Surrounding counties for an IDD/MH Qualified Professional. Experience with Residential or other Innovative Waiver services is required. Due to the all-male environment, the position is only open to male candidates at this time.

Education and Experience:

Candidates must have either: a Master's Degree in a Human Services field with 1 year of full time, post degree experience in MH/IDD/SAS; a Bachelor's Degree in a Human Services field with 2 years of full time, post degree experience in MH/IDD/SAS; or a Bachelor's Degree in another field with 4 years of full time, post degree experience.

Roles and Duties:

Supervises the paraprofessional and monitors the homes for safety; participates in PCP and ensures updates are completed in a timely manner; creates data sheets; records progress of goals, maintains QP notes and guardian contacts; must have the ability to make sound judgement in emergency situations; attend required meetings; ability to multitask, proficient data entry, close attention to details and organizational skills.

Other Requirements:

Must be able to pass drug screening

Must pass criminal and driver’s records check

Have a valid NC Driver’s License

Pay: From $22.00 per hour
