Responsibilities:

• Order and check in parts.
• Dispatch parts to the service technicians.
• Answering phones and providing excellent customer service.
• Help customers at the parts counter.
• Communicate with the service advisors and technicians about the availability of parts.
• Other duties may be assigned as needed.

• Must be dependable, detail-oriented, and have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Previous automotive or parts experience.
• Prior experience in sales, retail, customer service, or administrative.
