RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Input new vehicle inventory data and post to accounting in Dealership Management System (DMS)
• Process and post Dealer Trades
• Process and pay off used vehicles purchases
• Process and pay off new vehicle flooring
• Reconcile new vehicle, used vehicle, and dealer trades schedules
• Maintain and file all factory invoices and prepare inventory jackets
• Monthly new vehicle flooring reconciliation and assist with floor plan audits
• Complete Program Verification for factory incentives
• Assist with courtesy deliveries as needed
• Perform all other duties as may be assigned from time to time

REQUIREMENTS:

• Experience with Reynolds UCS POWER a plus
• Minimum 1-2 year accounting experience
• Proficient computer skills including, but not limited to, Microsoft Office Suite
• Must be able to operate 10 key accurately and by touch
• Ability to effectively work and communicate with fellow staff members
• Self-motivated
• Positive attitude
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Desire and ability to work independently and within a team setting
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Excellent organizational skills
• Consistent and stable work history
• Must have valid Driver License
• Must pass background check and drug screen

Schedule

• Full-Time, Monday through Friday, 8 hours with flexible start time. Some weekends for accounting month end

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $32,000.00 - $40,000.00 per year
