Responsibilities and Qualifications

The purpose of the Staff Accountant is to ensure an extraordinary client experience while creating client advocates and perform general accounting duties.

• Responsible for parts and service accounts receivable deposits, schedules and collections

• Review and maintain various schedules

• Post manufacturer warranty credit memos

• Other accounting duties as assigned

• Post factory payable invoices and reconcile factory payable statements for certain Park Place locations
• Download all charges off Netstar
• Distribute end of month reports to Management Company managers as well as maintain corporate month reports in the corporate office
• Responsible for special projects as they are assigned
• High School or General Education Degree (GED); and six months to one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Experience using Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word and Microsoft Outlook
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must be at least eighteen years of age
• Must have a valid driver’s license and meet company MVR policy requirements
• Must be able to pass pre-employment screenings (background and drug test)
