We are a small medical office located in Novato. We are proud to service a diverse patient demographic. We manage care for a large population of first responders navigating through California's worker's compensation system. Dr. Goodman also conducts administrative exams for US Immigration Services, Federal Aviation Administration, and Department of Transportation. He also runs a general concierge practice.

We are looking to hire a lead receptionist to perform the following duties: answering phone, responding to voicemails, filing and sorting documents, scheduling patients, and filling out administrative forms. Given the large volume of Spanish-speaking patients, we need to hire a medical assistant who is fluent or proficient in Spanish. One year of experience in a medical office is preferred, however, not required. Experience with worker's compensation is also preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $21.00 per hour
