David Britt, DDS is a family-owned dental practice that has been serving the community since 1984. We're moving into a new, high tech 10-operatory practice this summer and are excited to grow our team by adding an experienced Lead Dental Assistant to our team.

Your responsibilities will include:

-Delivering excellent patient care by fostering effective communication and building connections with our patients and teammates.

-Providing chair-side assistance to the Dentist during dental procedures.

-Explaining and educating patients on the necessity and reasons for treatment.

-Taking diagnostic radiographs.

-Maintaining the sterilization area to ensure a clean and safe environment.

Qualifications:

-3 years of experience as a dental assistant.

-A history of success in training and leading a team of dental assistants.

-Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with patients and colleagues.

-A strong desire to build relationships with others and contribute to a positive work environment.

-A growth mindset with the willingness to learn and adapt.
