Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Liaise with General Manager, COO and CEO to make decisions for operational activities, equipment and tool purchases, additional staffing needs and to set strategic goals
• The Graphics Manager will set departmental policies, oversee daily operations, create and maintain departmental budgets and coordinate with other members of the management team to aide in the overall company performance.
• Plan and monitor the day-to-day running of the department to ensure smooth progress
• Oversee design/ fabrication, installation and graphics sales employee productivity for optimal efficiency by providing feedback, positive reinforcement and/or suggestions to improve productivity
• Review weekly reports provided by employees; provide feedback, positive reinforcement and/or suggestions to improve productivity
• Evaluate, initiate, optimize and enforce policies and procedures to improve departmental efficiencies according to organizational objectives
• Review departmental financial information and develop operational and sales budgets to promote profitability
• Revise and/or formulate policies and promote their implementation
• Manage relationships/agreements with external partners/vendors
• Evaluate overall performance by gathering, analyzing and interpreting data and metrics
• Maintains and improves daily operational success by monitoring steps of all processes; adjusting operational procedures; monitoring personnel and resources; implementing cost reductions; initiating and fostering a spirit of cooperation within team.
• Ensure that the department runs with legality and conformity to established regulations and industry laws and standards

Knowledge, Skills and Experience required (unless otherwise noted):

• Bachelor’s degree or Course Work in related field and a minimum of three years’ experience in related industry or field.
• Developing knowledge and understanding of applicable state and federal regulations (i.e. HIPAA guidelines, FDCPA and FCRA regulations, credit approval process, etc.).
• Thorough knowledge and understanding of local sign codes
• Thorough knowledge and understanding of the structure and content of the English language including the meaning and spelling of words, rules of composition, and grammar.
• Advanced computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, email, and basic internet usage.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills. Must be detail oriented.

Starting Salary Range: $65,000 - $75,000 annually
