Dave's Hot Chicken San Diego is Hiring a Director of Operations Near San Diego, CA

The Director of Operations is in charge of day-to-day operations and the long-term success of all of our San Diego locations. The Director of Operations leads and manages the Restaurant General Managers to help achieve the goals and objectives of our San Diego market.

DUTIES, TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Operations Initiative:

• Support in strategic planning in order to upturn proficiency, productivity, and efficiency of the projects and

operations of all San Diego locations.

• Manage the development, operations, and financial aspects of all restaurants within the territory.

• Direct restaurant operations to obtain optimum utilization of workforce and meet

revenue/realized gross margin projections within budget.

• Directly involved in managing cost analysis on all restaurants to ensure consistent profitability,

and to identify and make improvements where needed.

• Directly involved in achieving high guest satisfaction on all platforms, from tattle, birdeye, and mystery shopper audits.

• Responsible for maintaining high employee satisfaction and assist Restaurant General Managers in their employee satisfaction efforts in every restaurant.

• Responsible for the execution of the Company’s weekly, monthly, quarterly, annual, and long-term goals in line with the Company’s Vision, Mission and Core Values.

• Review and revisions to the Company’s current Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to more

effectively manage the restaurant’s operations and its projected growth.

• Conduct quarterly performance reviews on all General Managers to continuously develop the TEAM and ensure performance is aligned with expectations.

• Submits weekly ops reports to analyze general economic, business, and financial conditions and their impact on the operations.

• Directs and coordinates estimating functions of the company to ensure accuracy, profitability, and

competitive edge.

• Work collaboratively with other senior leaders and other departments to support their efforts in

accomplishing Company goals.

• Directs monthly bonus program and measures progress in order to make changes to increase efficiency.

Compliance:

• Maintain a safe workspace by enforcing standards and procedures, and keeping compliance with legal

regulations.

• Ensure all required documentation is complete.

Management & Leadership:

• Work collaboratively with other restaurant leaders and other departments to support their efforts in

accomplishing Company goals.

• Establish team focus by developing and communicating goals in support of the visions and values of Cluckin Inc.

• Develop others by delegating responsibility, providing high-impact performance feedback, and assisting in

conflict resolution.

• Manage organizational transformation and change by communicating change to the team, problem solving,

and establishing structure.
