Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Shift Leader to join our team. As a Shift Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing operations, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining high-quality food production. Duties:

- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting customers

- Supervise and train staff members on food handling, food safety, and customer service protocols

- Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the establishment

- Assist with catering orders and special events as required

- Collaborate with management to develop strategies for improving operations and customer satisfaction

- Must be willing to work both front and back of house

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in the food industry or hospitality management preferred

- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team

- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor

- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices

- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
