Service BDC Representative
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Service BDC Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and maintaining positive relationships with them. You will work closely with our service team members to ensure that all client needs are met and exceeded.
Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming service calls
- Schedule and confirm customer service appointments
- Calling customers when special ordered parts arrive
- Calling customers with open recalls on vehicles
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions
- Collaborate with service departments and other team members to ensure timely and efficient service delivery
Previous dealership experience not required. Some basic Automotive knowledge is a plus, but we will train the right person. Ideal candidate is highly motivated, organized, professional, process-oriented, has strong attention to detail, and able to work in a fast-paced team environment.
