Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Social Media Manager to join our team. As a Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies to increase brand awareness, drive website traffic, and engage with our target audience. You will also be responsible for managing all social media platforms, creating and curating content, and analyzing social media data to optimize performance.
Duties:
- Develop and implement social media strategies to achieve business goals
- Manage all social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok) and ensure consistent branding and messaging across channels
- Create engaging and shareable content (text, image, video) that aligns with our brand identity
- Monitor social media trends, tools, and applications and apply knowledge to improve social media presence
- Conduct research on industry trends and competitors to inform social media strategy
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, design, sales) to ensure alignment of social media efforts with overall marketing goals
- Analyze social media data (engagement, reach, conversion) to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and make data-driven decisions
- Stay up-to-date with best practices in social media management and implement new strategies as needed
Experience:
- Proven work experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role
- In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms and their respective audiences
- Familiarity with Google Analytics and SEO best practices
- Proficient in using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) for creating visual content
- Experience in managing e-commerce social media campaigns is a plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make recommendations for improvement
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
