Duties/Responsibilities

• Must be able to train on day shift for 5 days. 8am-4:30PM
• Communicate with on-coming Operator (ie: part, mold and machine performance.)
• Attend Team meetings
• Visually approve parts during the molding process. Refer to the operator instruction sheet, good and bad samples, and all other relative instructions. Rotate approved samples from the molding press and denote with move ticket.
• Maintain the Run chart throughout the entire shift.
• Notify responsible parties of any over-limit controls on run charts.
• Maintain cleanliness at work area(s) and perform required end-of-shift clean-up.
• Perform rework/secondary operation as assigned by the shift Supervisor / Process Tech. Rework must be performed as written, with appropriate documentation completed.
• Operate molding machine in a safe and productive manner.

Job Type: Full-time
