- Pay rate: Hourly

Minimum 10 years of experience with the following:
- .NET Development and Support
- .NET Visual Studio
- Record locking development and experience
- Application level security
- System and user level auditing
- SQL Server Database Administration
- Design and produce queries for quarterly, yearly, and ad hoc reports
- Data modelling
- Microsoft server operating systems including Windows 2008
- Project Management Professional (PMP)
- Microsoft server operating systems including Windows 2008
- Javascript
- Crystal reports and reporting software
- Problem/application resolutions for end users
- Object oriented programming, mainframe programming, and cross system data exchanges
- Document and troubleshoot current web and network security issues and certificate authorities
- Proficient in English speaking and writing
- Ability in interact with functional users and technical staff regarding business and information technology needs
- Problem solving and listening
- Create and maintain testing environment and data needed for testing
- Coordinate QA User Testing activities among various State and Local parties
