Overview:

The duties and obligations are to provide the overall SAP Tax Administration and Child Support Enforcement applications and system architecture (SAP to S/4 HANA). Create and maintain technical documentation of the future system architecture.

Review and analyze current SAP Child Support Enforcement and Tax Administration technologies.

Advising DOR on a pathway of governance for achieving program objectives. Provide recommendation and guidance in developing a strategic plan to migrate current SAP technologies to S4/HANA on a public cloud. Performs other related duties as required.

Responsibilities:

• Review and analyze current SAP-powered Tax Administration and Child Support Enforcement enterprise applications.

• Provide overall SAP-powered Tax Administration and Child Support Enforcement system

• architecture.

• Provide recommendation and guidance in developing a strategic plan to migrate current SAP powered applications to future SAP technologies on a public cloud.

• Advise Department on a pathway of governance for achieving Department program (i.e., GTA and CSP) objectives.

• Create and maintain technical documentation of the future system architecture.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems (MIS) or other technology related field or one (1) year of data management experience for each year of education.

Required consultant experience provided by Contractor, shall include:

• Minimum of three years of SAP experience: ECC, CRM, BW, NetWeaver Portal, HANA, S/4HANA

• Minimum of three years SAP migration to public cloud experience

• Minimum of three years with business process analysis

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Excellent organizational skills

• Strong project management skills

Preferred Experience:

• SAP enterprise architectural design

• Experience defining systems strategy, developing systems requirements, designing, and prototyping, testing, training, defining support procedures and implementing practical business solutions under multiple deadlines
