In your role as Information Systems and Technology (IST) Project Coordinator, you will report to IST Project Coordinator Team Lead and work closely with operations and engineering teams. This position is located in our Westlake, Ohio corporate office.

You will work with our engineers to organize, coordinate and overview multiple small to medium projects involving all types of technology. Project coordination for both public and commercial markets will include either new systems technology or upgrades of existing systems.

What you’ll do:

• Become familiar with DataServ policies and procedures
• Represent DataServ in a positive manner to customer base and vendors
• Develop project timelines with technical project manager and be responsible for ensuring projects are completed per schedule
• Coordinate project activity to ensure scope, timelines, deliverables, budgets and quality are meeting, and exceeding, expectations
• Create meeting agendas in advance of project meetings as well as coordinate attendees and their contributions/deliverables for each meeting
• Manage multiple small to medium projects and project teams simultaneously
• Work with technical project manager to collect and organize project documentation, including serial numbers, de-installation lists, license and/or subscription information
• Understand resource utilization and capacity planning and have experience with such planning tools
• Enter expenses against projects and track for overages
• Assist with time tracking and data entry on a project level basis
• Act as a liaison between installation and sales teams to communicate project updates
• Effectively communicate to technical project managers, engineers and customers
• Assist the Information Systems and Technology team with administrative support
• Complete post-project reviews and identify any setbacks from project plan to project completion
• Understand project timelines and report accurately on pipeline and closure forecast to the leadership team
• Coordinate and schedule subcontractors and/or vendors
• All other duties as assigned

What we require:

• Associates or Bachelor’s degree preferred or relevant prior work experience.
• 2 to 5 years of experience in project management required
• Experience with technology manufacturers (i.e. Cisco, Microsoft, HP, Dell, etc.) preferred
• Experience with managing technology deployment projects
• Pre-employment drug screening required
• Pre-employment driver’s license and background checks required
