Specific tasks will include but not be limited to:

Provide basic Desktop Support; set up and configure workstations; Processing client files through internal programs/software; ability to learn all software, tools, and hardware used and supported by the company.

Proficient at intermediate to advanced level of MS Office programs, especially Excel. Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a timely fashion. Excellent verbal and written communication skills needed. Able to work well in a team environment. Able to communicate effectively with IT peers, internal end users, clients and leadership.

The ideal candidate will have prior tech support experience, certifications, or coding experience/coursework, systems administration and enjoys problem solving.

Duties Include but are not limited to:

• Maintaining and upgrading the company’s existing systems as required.
• Defining and analyzing system problems and designing and testing solutions.
• Conferring with clients and evaluating procedures and processes.
• Preparing and evaluating alternative workflow solutions and establishing specifications.
• Coordinating production with programmers and resolving technical issues
• Basic to intermediate understanding SQL Server/SQL Query development (preferred)
• Learn existing software used in the business operation and help develop functions within the software to improve operational efficiencies.
• Monitoring and processing of daily import and export files

Prior experience in Collection Agency or Healthcare business office is desirable.

Hours are Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm
