We are seeking a dynamic individual to lead our electrical projects to success.
Responsibilities:
  1. Project Planning: Develop detailed project plans, outlining tasks, timelines, and resource requirements for projects in the electrical field.
  2. Team Leadership: Lead and motivate project teams, fostering collaboration and ensuring all members understand their roles and responsibilities.
  3. Client Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining clear and effective communication to address concerns, provide updates, and ensure project satisfaction.
  4. Budget Management: Monitor project budgets, expenses, and financial performance, ensuring projects are completed within budget constraints.
  5. Resource Allocation: Coordinate with internal teams and subcontractors to allocate resources effectively, optimizing efficiency and productivity.
  6. Quality Assurance: Oversee the implementation of quality control measures, ensuring compliance with electrical codes, regulations, and project specifications.

Qualifications:
