Are you seeking a dynamic career with opportunities for growth and creativity? Join our team as a Project Manager with a passion for aquatic projects. With 6 years of experience, you'll lead and manage a variety of public and private recreational aquatics projects, making a direct, positive impact on communities.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan, direct, and coordinate activities for aquatic projects, including swimming pools, water parks, and more.
  • Manage direct reports and delegate duties to Project Engineers and Technicians.
  • Develop pool concepts and lead project presentations with clients.
  • Establish and maintain client relationships to ensure project success.
  • Make major project design decisions in collaboration with the team.
Qualifications:
  • Licensed Senior Project Manager with 6 years of experience in aquatic projects, or equivalent experience as a Project Manager.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing aquatic projects from conception to completion.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and mentor a team.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for innovative design solutions.
  • Ability to establish and maintain positive client relationships.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
Additional Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field (preferred).
  • Professional Engineer (PE) license (preferred).
  • Experience in recreational aquatic projects is highly desirable.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $88,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
