JOB TITLE --- Lead Contracts Administrator
LOCATION ----- Phoenix AZ - 85034
Duration ----- 6 Months Contract (Extendable)
Note Onsite Role. Normal Day Shift
Description:
Reviewing supplier contracts in preparation for novation of said contracts from Client supplier ownership to Client ownership. Requires experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contract terms.
Requires a bachelor's degree and at least 6-8 years of experience in the field or in a related area. Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of complex tasks. Works under general supervision; typically reports to a manager.
