The Finishing Operator is responsible for completingthe final stages of product finishing and packing. This role ensures that allproducts meet quality standards and are packaged correctly before shipment.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

Duties/Responsibilities:

*Operate finishing machinery according to company guidelines and safetystandards.

*Inspect finished products for quality and adherence to customerspecifications.

*Package finished products for shipping, including labeling and ensuringcorrect order completion.

*Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to health andsafety guidelines.

*Record production data, including quantities finished and any issuesencountered during the shift.

*Collaborate with team members and supervisors to identify and resolveany operational issues.

*Perform routine maintenance on finishing machinery to ensure optimalperformance.

*Performs other related duties as assigned.

Education and Experience:

*High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

*Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environmentpreferred.

*On-the-job training will be provided.

Physical Requirements:

*Must be able to stand for prolonged periods of time.

*Must have the ability to lift up to 20 pounds regularly.

*Must be able to perform repetitive tasks with hands and arms.
