Required/desired skills:
*) Proven experience as a Business Analyst with a strong focus on IT service management and process development.
*) Extensive experience with ServiceNow, including hands-on experience with the Strategic Portfolio Management module.
*) Strong understanding of ITIL frameworks and a track record of applying IT best practices in an Agile environment.
*) Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
*) Effective communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders.
*) Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
*) Certifications in ServiceNow, ITIL, PMP, or Agile methodologies.
Experience in leading large-scale IT projects and process reengineering initiatives.
