Job Details:

Job Title: Business Systems Analyst

Duration: 9-12 Months (With Possibility of extension)

Location: San Jose, CA (Onsite)

Typical Responsibilities:

• Resolve security requests for access to SAP ERP

• Respond to stakeholders to understand and document business requirements to solve issues. Understand County business requirements and write specifications.

• Create/maintain Master Data Requests.

• Troubleshoot problems, identify causes, analyze and resolve system issues.

• Develop, configure, and test possible solutions.

• Load files from various sources for COVID Dashboard reporting, Ariba Spend Visibility, PCard processing, and journal entries.

• Create, perform, execute, document unit and integration testing.

• Research Fiori App for County business process.

• Research and document issues/solution include performing tests for resolution. Includes communicating with SAP vendor on solution.

• Perform other related support duties as required.

Required Skills & Abilities:

Desired Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or related field.

• Three (3) years of experience providing technical and/or analytical support in functional area.

• Knowledge of S/4 HANA, including implementation from ECC to S/4.

• Knowledge in implementation of Fiori security and applications.

• Knowledge of SAP configuration and module integration (MM, FICO, Fixed Asset). Knowledge of accounting principles
