- Analyze data for accuracy and integrity, ensuring compliance with established quality standards
- Identify and report any inconsistencies or issues with data entry processes

- Assist in the development and implementation of data entry guidelines and best practices
- Maintain documentation of testing procedures, results, and any necessary follow-up actions
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure a smooth and efficient flow of information
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
- Proven experience in data entry or a related field
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other data management tools
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and deadlines
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
