Responsibilities
- Accurately enter data into our computer system from various sources, including paper documents, electronic files, and online portals
- Verify the accuracy of data by comparing it to source documents and making necessary corrections or adjustments
- Update and maintain databases with new and revised information as required
- Generate reports from data entries and assist in data analysis as needed
- Organize and maintain physical and digital files and records in a systematic and organized manner
- Follow data entry procedures and guidelines to ensure consistency and accuracy
- Collaborate with colleagues to resolve any data inconsistencies or discrepancies
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification
- Proven experience as a data entry operator or similar role
- Excellent typing speed and accuracy
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Knowledge of data entry software tools and systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to spot errors and inconsistencies
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
