Position Summary:
Join our Network Operations Center (NOC) team as a NOC Support Analyst. In this critical role, you are tasked with ensuring the stability and efficiency of our clients' IT environments. Your responsibilities include rigorous monitoring, precise incident documentation, and effective troubleshooting. As a key player in our team, you are expected to perform detailed root cause analysis, document findings meticulously, and manage troubleshooting processes with precision. This position is well-suited for individuals who excel in fast-paced environments, demonstrate excellent organizational skills, and have a strong ability to manage multiple priorities.
SCHEDULE: SUNDAY-THURSDAY 10PM-6AM (last shift from Thurs 10pm-Fri 6am)

About the NOC Services Team: As a NOC Support Analyst, you play a vital role in our team, dedicated to enhancing how we manage alerts and support client infrastructures. Our approach combines operational excellence with client satisfaction, backed by cost-effective and innovative solutions.
Physical Requirements and Working Conditions:
Must possess the mobility to work in a standard office setting (on site or off), and to use standard office equipment, including a computer, concentration to maintain attention to detail despite interruptions, strength to lift and carry objects weighing up to 50 pounds; vision to read printed materials and a computer screen; and hearing and speech to communicate in person and/ or over the telephone. Must be able to sit/stand for extended periods of time. Must be able to drive a motorized vehicle.
