UI/UX Development Lead
Seeking a UX Development Lead to lead the front end overhaul of our clients' FinTech application with elements that are B2B and others that are B2C. Includes Web and Mobile interfaces.
Ideal candidate will have significant experience within a Windows/Azure .Net environment and over 3 years of hands on consumer mobile/Web software design and development.
Exceptional communication skills are necessary for requirements and design engagement from technical and non-technical stakeholders of all management levels.
Client is on east coast, You can work anywhere in the continental USA
Candidates that prefer to work through 1099 or C2C are welcome to apply.
Requirements:
- 7 years of overall IT experience in Windows/Azure .NET environment
- 3 yrs of hands-on consumer mobile/Web SW design and development experience
- Deep understanding of UX principles and mobile development technology, with 3 yrs of hands-on consumer mobile/Web SW design and development experience across functional, non-functional requirements including cross-platform compatibility, mobile-responsiveness/performance testing, field/network testing etc.,
- 2 years as a tech lead/team lead, architect, or a manager
- Strong hands-on leadership skills in coaching and developing team
- Strong communications skills - written and verbal
- Demonstrable track record of leading a team in development of solutions, implementation plans and coordinate/communicate design, coding, testing, rollout and post-deployment activities
- Effective in issue triaging, root-cause analyses and in continuous improvement of development processes
- Ability to manage vendors and distributed teams across multiple time-zones in a near 100% remote work environment.
Nice to have requirements:
- Xamarin certification a plus
