Annually, Data-Mail produces and mails over 1.5 billion pieces of direct mail.
WHY WORK AT DATA-MAIL:
SUMMARY
Assist in the operation of the 6-8-10 color presses with production and quality in mind. Aid the first pressman, as directed, in the efficient operation of the press. Maintain press area in regard to supplies and housekeeping.
2. Assist in the production of a job, as follows:
3.Work on 6-color press, as required, as part of the training process for becoming a 6-color press operator.
4. Communicate, as needed, press maintenance, supply and safety issues to shift supervisor.
5. Maintain a clean work environment
6. Mix inks, as needed.
7. Drop paper, as needed.
8. Operate press in the absence of the first press operator
9. Comply with company rules, regulations and standard operating procedures.
10. Maintain confidentiality of company-sensitive data.
11. Implement a commitment to quality philosophy and recommend methods and procedures to reduce cost and/or improve quality and operating efficiency of the department.
12. Keep manager/supervisor informed of activities and situations that will impact the achievement of corporate or department goals and objectives.
13. Perform other related duties, as required, to achieve the goals and objectives of the department and company.
Trade school, high school or GED preferred plus 1-2 years of experience on offset presses or equivalent.
2nd Continuous Shift 7 pm-7 am (4 days on/4 days off)
