We are looking for a positive customer-oriented service representative to join our growing team.

Job Description:

As a DASH Heating, Cooling & Plumbing Customer Service Representative, or CSR, you will schedule customer appointments, provide product and services information, help resolve any problems that customers might face with accuracy and efficiency, assist with dispatch and flow of service technicians' scheduled calls.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a CSR (client service representative) in a fast-paced, call center environment
• Manage large numbers of incoming and outgoing calls
• Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
• Posses strong phone answering and active listening skills
• Have the ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
• Proficient computer skills
• Respond in positive and productive ways to customers and coworkers

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
